Nets will be put out each week. To pull down nets you will need the foot ladder and wheelie bin from the storage container. Shades are in the storage container. Wayne will take them out to the fields in the buggy. You will need to peg them down and put the Velcro on the sides on if it is a rainy or windy day. Pegs are to be kept in a plastic container in the storage container. It requires 4 people to put them up and down. They click into position. When dismantling fold them down with the cover on it and lay them on the ground for Wayne to pick them up in the buggy. The shades will be put out by the teams playing firstly of a Saturday morning. They can then be moved around the fields easily by 4 people (one on each pole). They are for everyone’s benefit. If you see them lying on the ground, feel free to assemble and use. They need to be pegged down each time they are moved.
